Why #DukeSurprise?

#DukeSurprise is an outward facing community derived from the S2013 Duke undergraduate course Surprise Endings. Topics in Social Science and Literature were explored and turned public with student led and created content such as videos, websites and more. #DukeSurprise showcases the final projects of the inaugural class, is used as a model for Duke's MOOC on the Future of Higher Education, and engages the public with teaching and learning tools and discussions.
